Together with our partners, we have successfully implemented numerous projects over recent years – ranging from LED installations and complete shop and entertainment concepts to modular buildings.
On this page you will find a selection of projects in which we supported sourcing, technical development, quality control, logistics and in some cases also installation. Client names have been deliberately kept neutral.
Cost-optimised LED screen solution for a club installation
For an operator of a nightlife entertainment concept, a large permanently installed indoor LED screen was planned. The initial factory solution with fully pre-assembled aluminium frames would have resulted in high material and freight costs.
Together with the manufacturer, we developed an alternative installation concept: instead of finished frames, only LED modules, power supplies, signal boards and cabling were sourced. The power supplies came directly from the original manufacturer, the metal frames were then produced locally and the screw connections were replaced by magnetic mounts.

Result: A high-quality LED solution with a significantly optimised cost and logistics profile – while maintaining image quality and reliability.
Premium gaming consoles for a sports & entertainment chain
A client from the sports betting and entertainment sector required high-quality gaming consoles for multiple locations. The starting point consisted only of rough sketches and ideas regarding the desired look and feel.
Based on these specifications, concept designs, technical drawings and prototypes were developed. The consoles were intended to convey a prestigious, high-end appearance, be modularly expandable and still offer each player a clearly defined, semi-private seating area.
Particular attention was paid to seat development: the seat shell was designed to enclose the user and enable an immersive, comfortable gaming experience.

Outdoor decoration and LED façade for a family entertainment centre
For a large entertainment and family centre, a striking exterior installation using LED technology was realised – from the first hand-drawn sketch to on-site commissioning.
The project included the development and coordination of the design concept, the selection of suitable manufacturers in China, the entire international logistics process, as well as support during installation and commissioning of the LED systems.
- Metal construction of a large-format “crown” with surface finishing, divided into several dozen segments
- Several thousand LED lights with DMX controllers and amplifiers for dynamic effects
- Additional illuminated letters, decorative columns and a suspended stainless steel ceiling system
The components were manufactured in China and delivered in multiple 40-foot containers by sea and rail transport. The total delivery time was under two months – including final installation by the local team.
Result: A distinctive, highly visible appearance that combines architecture, light and brand message into a consistent experience.
Furnishing of modular residential containers for a construction company
A construction company required a larger number of modular residential units based on 40-foot containers. The containers were to be pre-equipped and delivered with a complete fit-out package in order to minimise on-site installation time.
In total, twenty 40-foot containers were purchased, refurbished and prepared with a basic interior build-out. This included marking future openings, installing electrical and plumbing pre-installations and fitting basic technical elements.
At the same time, all components for final completion were sourced, packed and stored inside the containers:
- Furniture, kitchen and bathroom modules
- Interior finishing materials, doors and windows
- Sanitary equipment and components for smart home functions
After arrival in Australia, the local construction company was able to assemble and commission the residential units within a short time frame – thanks to clearly structured delivery packages and careful preparation in China.
